Franschhoek Horseback Wine Trails

Join Cape Adventure Zone on one of our exclusive Franschhoek Horseback Wine Trails. The Franschhoek Valley is a little town nestled between towering mountains in the beautiful Cape Winelands, famous for its superb wines and world class international cuisine.

Less than an hour and a half from Cape Town, this lovely little village boasts a 300 year French heritage, and is definitely a must see. Spectacular vineyards cover these mountain slopes settled more than 300 years ago by the Huguenots, who brought with them their age-old French wine and food culture.

This is a valley rich in history centered around a picturesque village of friendly, welcoming people. We offer a scenic 1 hour outride in the mornings and late afternoon or choose to join us on the 4 hour wine trail through the beautiful vineyards of 2 established vineyards, stopping along the way to sample some of the excellent wines on offer.
